Suzanne Nelson

Suzanne is Mental Health and Behavioral Health Therapist, who values the importance of listening. She values the importance of being heard, gaining one's independence, and understands the importance of choosing the area's you are focused on improving or making changes.  


What will it say


One on one sessions with focus on goals identified by each person. Exploring feelings, beliefs, behavior patterns, and quality of life.  Includes treatment of depression, anxiety, medical diagnosis adjustment, and life transitions. 

Interventions and focus is centered around family health and specific issues, which include a variety of concerns, area's of growth and development, life transitions, and communication.

Solution oriented, typically 6-10 sessions.  More sessions may be necessary, however the intent is brief and focused on solutions.

Insurance Accepted

The contracted rate with each insurer is accepted.  You will be responsible for copay, coinsurance, and deductible as designated by your insurance plan.

  • Health First Colorado (medicaid -specific regions)

  • Anthem BCBS

  • Self pay rates will be discussed when scheduling


Monday and Thursday:  11am to 7pm

Tuesday and Wednesday: 10am to 5pm

Good Faith Estimate:  Under Section 2799B-6 of the Public Health Service Act, health care providers and health care facilities are required to inform individuals of their ability, upon request or at the time of scheduling health care items and services, to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” of expected charges.  There may be additional items or services recommended as part of treatment that will be scheduled separately and are not reflected in the good faith estimate.  The information provided in the good faith estimate is only an estimate and actual items, services, or charges may differ from the good faith estimate.  The good faith estimate does not require private pay clients to obtain psychotherapy or other services from Purposeful Growth, PC.
